Q. What is the process of ordering online?

Delivery charges are applicable on all orders. ACF Shop will send customers an email with an order number to confirm the order. For Cash on Delivery (COD) please pay the rider before opening the package. Orders for Karachi will be delivered within 2-4 days while delivery to other cities may take 7-10 days. Q. What is your estimated delivery time?

Your order will be dispatched within 48-72 hours (working Days) and will be handed over to the courier for delivery. However sometimes the order is delayed due to public holidays, unforeseen circumstances (weather, lockdowns), or during sales due to overwhelming response, and dispatch can take longer than usual.

Q. How do I place an order and pay cash on delivery?

1. Use our store link www.acfshop.com to find what you like.

2. For ordering through the product page, you can enter the quantity, designs & sizes of products that you want to buy and click "Add to Cart".

3. Clicking on the "Add to Cart" button will take you to your Shopping Bag screen where you’ll see a list of the products you’ve selected, the price, quantity, subtotals, and grand total.

4. Click "Proceed to Checkout".

5. Fill in the “Contact Information". Click "Continue to Shipping Method".

6. Fill in the “Billing Information" and "Shipping Method" forms.

7. In the Payment Information form, “Cash on Delivery” will be selected by default.

8. To confirm your order, click on “Complete Order”, and note your Order Number which will be provided to you on the "Thank You" page.

9. Your package will be delivered via courier before or on the expected delivery date.

Q. Why does the item in my cart now say it is unavailable?

Unfortunately, when you add items to your cart, this does not mean they are reserved. The items will be available for anyone to purchase until they have been checked out and purchased. If you receive an error stating you cannot check out due to an item being unavailable, you will need to remove this item from your cart in order to continue the checkout process. Q. How can I make sure that I’ve made my purchase?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you are still waiting to receive an email, contact our customer service at info@acfshop.com or call at +92 333 4062221

Q. How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I’m unable to receive it?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country, and area code are mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned back to us until further instructions are provided by the customer.

Q. Will I receive the same product I see in the photos?

Please note that images of each product’s color and design may vary slightly from the actual product's color and design, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time, and other factors. 

All handmade products may vary in Design, Color and Size. 

Q. Can my order get canceled?

Orders placed through credit card or any other online payment system have to go through a fraud status check, and once cleared by our payment processor will be processed further. If the fraud status returns ‘failed’ the order is canceled automatically. For cash-on-delivery orders, we follow the practice of verifying orders with a maximum number of 4 confirmation calls. If left unattended, your order will be canceled. Orders can be canceled upon the customer's request at any time before they are processed. ACF Shop may cancel orders for any reasons which may include:

1) Out-of-stock items

2) Pricing or technical errors

 

Q. Can I exchange the article I ordered online, physically?

The order placed online cannot be exchanged any physical location. It has to be sent back within 7 days of the online purchase in case of exchange or defect.

Q. What payment options do I have?

Cash on delivery (COD) Online Payment Can I modify an Order after placing it? Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to an Order once the Order has been placed. However, if your order has not been processed, you can cancel it and place a new Order. Click on the link to check the status of your Order.

 

Q. How can I update or edit my shipping/billing address details?

First log in and click on ‘My Account’. You will be able to edit/update the particulars in your account and save them for future orders. You can also update your password from there.

Q. How do I cancel my order?

Customers may request cancellation at any time before the order is processed. Customers are advised to contact us via email at info@acfshop.com or on our contact number +92 333 4062221. Only the orders that are yet to be dispatched can be canceled. If an item has been dispatched, then the cancellation cannot be processed, and the Exchange Policy will apply. All cancellation requests will be assessed by a customer service representative prior to processing the request.
